Led by Clay Floyd, Maverick draws on construction experience that spans hands-on trades, field supervision, project management and company leadership. Our team brings together construction and property-operations perspectives to understand both the building and the people responsible for it.
Our estimating project managers connect that experience to the details of each project: assessing conditions, defining scopes, developing cost estimates and coordinating subcontractors. Clear communication and honest reporting help owners and property managers evaluate options, understand costs and stay involved as work moves from planning into delivery.
